Mr. Rubin has dedicated his entire career to legal excellence.
From the time of his graduation as the valedictorian of his law class to the present, Mr. Rubin has spent almost two decades representing seriously injured victims of negligence and reckless conduct. Mr. Rubin takes pride in fighting for full compensation for his clients against large insurance corporations that continuously attempt to take advantage of the weak and injured. No matter how large and powerful the insurance company may be, Mr. Rubin has held his ground and fought them successfully.
The firm is fully dedicated to litigation and jury trials in order to obtain justice for its clients. Mr. Rubin has litigated hundreds of cases, obtaining millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients. The firm specializes in the most serious types of personal injury cases, including wrongful death, traumatic life-altering injuries and injuries involving serious fractures and other conditions which require complicated surgeries.
Mr. Rubin is a graduate of the University of San Fernando Valley College of Law and is an active member of the California State Bar. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Governors of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), and is also a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC), and the American Association for Justice. (AAJ).
Mr. Rubin was selected as a California Super Lawyer in 2017. He has lectured and presented to other attorneys in the largest trial lawyers’ convention in the country and has also instructed lawyers in the field both in seminars and in webinars.
Mr. Rubin constantly thrives to stay on top of the latest legal developments in his area of expertise, and he is passionate about his clients’ rights and well-being.
