Daniella Rubin is an associate with Law Office of Tal Rubin, PC where her practice focuses on litigation and trial work of serious and catastrophic injuries. Ms. Rubin handles a wide range of litigated cases including premises liability, wrongful death actions, and auto accidents.
Since joining the firm, Ms. Rubin has handled numerous complex personal injury cases and fights to obtain justice for her clients either by way of settlement or jury trial.
In 2022, Daniella Rubin and Tal Rubin obtained a $5,000,000* verdict in the Santa Monica Courthouse for a Wrongful Death claim against Caltrans.
Ms. Rubin is a zealous advocate for her clients and works hard to ensure each client obtains the justice they deserve.
Ms. Rubin received her undergraduate degree from UC San Diego. She then received her law degree at Loyola Law School, Los Angeles where she graduated within the top 5% of her graduating class. During law school, she also served as an extern for the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
